Acceptable use & content licence

This policy sets out what you may and may not submit when personalising a keepsake, and the limited licence you grant us to use your content to make your order.

You confirm that any name, wording, image or other content you submit is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. You are responsible for the legality of what you upload.

• Third-party trademarks, logos or brand names.
• Copyrighted images, illustrations or cartoon/animated characters you don't own or license.
• A person's photograph or likeness without their consent.
• Content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• Content intended to deceive, forge, or impersonate.

We may decline to produce, or cancel and refund, any order whose personalisation we reasonably believe infringes someone's rights or breaches this policy. Where we cancel for this reason, we'll refund the order.

Photo-based keepsakes are produced as an original illustrated interpretation, not an exact reprint. By uploading, you grant Fondlya limited, non-exclusive licence to process your image solely to create your order and preview. We don't sell your content, reuse it for others, or use it to train third-party models, and we delete uploads after the retention period in our privacy policy.
